Range:  Close range takes about 5-7 seconds to wear off.  The further from the grenade, the shorter it takes to wear off.

Strategies:  This grenade blinds everyone who has direct contact with the grenade.  It blinds for a few seconds and this few seconds is very vital to kill your opponents.   If the the Flash Bang is less than a meter away, you will be flashed for 5 secs.  An example of a situation to use this grenade is when there are several enemies in a room or guarding a certain place.  That place is best if it is enclosed and is small.  Throw a flash in the door while you hide.  Than rush in with your team and kill everyone.
