Strategies:  The P90 is extremely effective at close range and can kill many of your enemies very quickly if they are at close range.  Its high rate of fire and decent damage packs a good punch for killing your enemies quick.  But at medium to far range, this weapon effectiveness becomes lower.  That's is main problem with it.  This may be considered one of the best weapons in CS as long as you get to its feel.  So jump in close and rip your enemies apart. I would suggest that if you can't get near your enemy, than don't try to attack them from mid-long range.  If you really have no choice, do the normal burst fire and hope you will not be killed before your enemy is.
